Shipping and returns


Shipping Info:

      Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sunday, or holidays.  Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.  Once shipped orders generally are received within 5-7 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of delivery:
• Returns are accepted on items that have not been washed, worn, altered, and with all tags still attached and unaltered.             
•  Items that are not returned in their original condition will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
• Final sales include all jewelry, and accessories, and clearance items noted final sale.
• Exchanges and returns can be made using the return/exchange request form enclosed in your package.
• In store returns/exchanges can be made with online purchases but are subject to the stores exchange only policy.  No refunds will be given for in store returns. 
• For in store returns/exchanges your online order receipt must be present and items must be in original condition.
How to send merchandise back:
• Please complete and enclose the return/exchange request form we cannot process a return without this form.
• Please send items back in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, packages that are not post marked within 14 days will not be accepted.
• You can send your items back to the address below using any trackable shipping method.  Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. 
• Shipping charges related to returns/exchanges are not refundable.
• Refunds are posted within 3 days.

             Make sure to pad the box well and secure the item. Do not send jewelry back in unpadded envelopes. Include your name, address, and telephone number in the event that they would need to contact you. Please allow at least 3 weeks for the completion of all repairs.
